1. Limited Warranty Disclaimer

Solfinite Technology provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. This warranty applies solely to normal, recommended usage and does not extend to racing, off-road use, or extreme applications. Any products found to be defective in workmanship or materials will be repaired, exchanged, or replaced at the sole option of Solfinite Technology, after inspection and approval.

No Implied Warranties

Except as expressly stated, Solfinite Technology disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Solfinite Technology be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle downtime, towing costs, or labor expenses.
• Third-party damage or failure of associated components.
• Injuries or losses resulting from high-performance use or installation errors.

3. Consumer Protection Act Compliance

This warranty complies with India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, subject to the following conditions:

• Warranty claims are only valid for defects in materials and workmanship—not wear and tear or improper usage.
• Commercial buyers (resellers, workshops) are excluded from consumer protection provisions.
• Installation must be performed by a qualified mechanic—failure to comply voids the warranty.
• Customers must initiate claims within 30 days of discovering the defect.

4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising from this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration, as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, avoiding litigation in consumer courts. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Mumbai courts.
